The first edition of the Télé-Loisirs Awards offered its main rewards to the two presenters.

Stéphane Bern and Karine Le Marchand were named best male and female TV presenter in the eyes of the French, in the first edition of the Télé-Loisirs Awards made public this Tuesday, September 24.

The presenter of Secrets of History on 3 was also chosen as the “most committed television personality”, for his actions in favor of heritage, from a list of 15 personalities submitted by survey to the French.

For her part, Karine Le Marchand, host of Love is in the meadow for fourteen years on M6, was preferred to Faustine Bollaert, a figure from France 2 at the top of a competing ranking, that of TV Mag.

HPI, best series

Télé-Loisirs chose to launch this ranking to “find out what spoke to the French” across “all screens”, TVs and platforms, Julien Lamury-Dessauvages, director of general public editorial at Prisma Média, owner of the title in the Vivendi fold, told AFP.

HPI (TF1) wins the award for best series, and its headliner Audrey Fleurot wins the award for favorite actress in French fiction. Pierre Niney comes out on top as best actor for his role in the series Fiasco on Netflix.

The “best television revelation” is the comedian Jarry, who however left the presentation of Everyone wants to take his place on France 2 to go back on tour in 2025.

Vocation to become annual

The public audiovisual service has carved out a good place for itself with the title of best television news presenter for Anne-Sophie Lapix (France 2), best talk show for C in the air (France 5) and again “gem of the year” for Trains like no other (France 5).

The flagship program of the year was awarded to the Enfoirés show on TF1 and the best daily series to Domestic scenes on M6.

The Télé-Loisirs Awards, which are intended to be annual, have a total of fifteen categories. They were awarded after a survey by the CSA institute from August 13 to 16, with a sample of 1,009 people, representative of the French population aged 18 and over (quota method).
