A word from Adèle Van Reeth

“How can we stay at the heart of the most burning news while offering spaces for breathing, laughter and indulgence? How can we, like the fervor that united us to the rhythm of the athletes this summer, create a common space that brings together 7 million people every day who are not alike? How can we overcome polarization, saturation and incomprehension?

Unique and plural, France Inter assumes its role as a reference point in a context of democratic uncertainty.

It invites us to return to the facts thanks to the scrupulous and impartial work of its journalists; it encourages us to think against ourselves, to discover and to shake things up; it makes us smile, sing at the top of our lungs, grind our teeth and turn up our noses.

What’s new?

The powerful 7/10 of Nicolas Demorand, Léa Salamé and Sonia Devillers will see the return of Charline Vanhoenacker in the morning and the arrival of Patrick Cohen in the political editorial, (many) new comedians join us in The Original Soundtrack of Nagui and Leïla Kaddour-Boudadi and in Zoom Zoom Zen of Matthew Noel, Now every day from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., a more narrative version of The Earth Squared by Mathieu Vidarda new 18/20 on Friday carried by Éric Delvaux closer to the French with the France Bleu network, but also new voices (those of Lilia Hassaine and of Fabrice Luchini), new formats on weekends (A New World of Mathilde Serrell to look to the future, a new version of In Search of Politics Thomas Legrand to provide historical insight into current events). A youth podcast offering strengthened with the fanfare arrival of Tina’s adventures.

And France Inter now also has a voice at night… I’ll let you discover it!”
