This Saturday, September 7, 2024, a new detective TV movie called “Le vent des sables” is broadcast on France 3. Casting, plot, filming… Here’s everything you need to know about this thriller.

France 3 viewers will be able to see Tom Leeb and Alexandre Brasseur on screen tonight. The former is known for having played in Les Combattantes, Pourris gâtés, L’amour (presque) parfait and Nouveau départ. The latter is one of the stars of Demain nous appartient. He plays the role of Alex. They are reunited in a new TV movie called Le vent des sables to be found from 9:10 p.m. this Saturday, September 7. They will notably give the reply to Marie-Josée Croze (Mirage, Prométhée, MILF), Gabrielle Atger (L’accident, Péril blanc) and Stéphane Brel (Mortel, Candice Renoir).

This Franco-Belgian thriller was directed by Stéphane Kappes from a screenplay by Frédéric Faurt (Crime à…) and Lionel Pasquier (Meurtres à…). It was first broadcast in Belgium last February. Filming took place from October 2 to 27, 2023 in Les Sables-d’Olonne, Vendée, co-produced by Son et Lumière, France Télévisions, AT-Production and RTBF, with the participation of Swiss Radio Television (RTS) and TV5 Monde, as well as the support of the Pays de la Loire region.
