This is an opportunity to take dedicated time to improve your health and act against the appearance of many diseases.
How are they going to unfold?
A questionnaire to be completed before the appointment will aim to inform multiple subjects such as diet, physical activity, sexual health, addictions…
Depending on their age, people may also benefit from vaccination reminders and cancer screenings.
These meetings aim to allow everyone to “modify their lifestyle in a concrete way and adapted to their daily life, their needs, and their personal choices”.
When ?
“We are starting prevention appointments on October 1 primarily with the age group of 45-50 years oldwho are the most concerned, and to whom we will go as a priority to offer complete health courses”, indicated the minister during questions to the government.
The other two tranches will be concerned from 2024.
Appointment booking
The people concerned will be contacted directly by Health Insurance according to their age group. This preventive medical appointment can be made directly with a doctor, a midwife, a nurse or a pharmacist.
