Organized by the towns of Pontivy and Loudéac, through their municipal sports offices (OMS) and the Maison sport santé (PTMS), a conference on sports health is offered on Tuesday January 21, at 7 p.m., at the Palais des congrès de Pontivy . This event, free and open to all, will focus on the theme “Get up more and move more for our health”. It is part of the 80th anniversary of the WHO in Pontivy and will be led by Doctor François Carré, cardiologist, teacher-researcher and professor emeritus at Rennes University Hospital. “The objective of this conference is to highlight the importance of physical activity and the benefits of a balanced diet. To reiterate the urgency of integrating more exercise into our daily lives and raising awareness among the general public about lifestyle habits that promote health and well-being,” announce the organizers.
