Imagine for Margo’s 2025 outlook: a key year to accelerate the fight against pediatric cancers | Imagine for Margo

The year 2025 promises to be full of promise and progress for children and adolescents facing cancer. Thanks to strengthened collaborations, innovative projects and an ever more powerful solidarity momentum, Imagine for Margo intends to take a new decisive step in its fight. Discover the main priorities that will guide our actions throughout the year.

Continue our commitment to research to defeat pediatric cancers

Since its creation, Imagine for Margo has placed research funding at the heart of its mission, in order to provide ever more effective solutions to young patients.

In 2025, we will continue to support large-scale projects, supported by leading European networks such as the ITCC and the SFCE. These initiatives, which aim to better understand and treat the most aggressive forms of cancer (brain tumors, leukemia, sarcomas, neuroblastomas), remain essential to offer children a cancer-free future.

Fight Kids Cancer: maintain ambitious and lasting financial support

The European Fight Kids Cancer alliance, which brings together associations from several countries (, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Netherlands), has made it possible to mobilize 10 million euros in 2024 to finance research projects.

In 2025, we will continue this commitment with the aim of guaranteeing this allocation of 10 million euros each year. This lasting support is a strong message addressed to the scientific community: we will be at their side until victory over pediatric cancers is achieved.

A new Grand Prize for Innovation to stimulate global research

The Fight Kids Cancer Innovation Grand Prize, launched in collaboration with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, will be renewed in 2025 with a budget of 1 million euros. This exceptional prize, awarded to a research project of international scope, aims to accelerate therapeutic discoveries for the benefit of children.

Driving progress through innovative initiatives

Patricia Blanc, president of Imagine for Margo, remains involved in major collaborative projects, such as Kids Cancer and the pediatric working group of the Paris Saclay Cancer Cluster.

This year, several concrete results from these actions will be revealed, notably during the FAST conference scheduled for February 15, 2025. We will also continue to engage new partners, startups and biotechs, to explore promising avenues of research.

Strengthen awareness and mobilization through impactful campaigns

From January, our new awareness campaign, carried out with the support of Mindshare, will be relaunched.

On February 15, International Childhood Cancer Day, our FAST conference will bring together researchers, doctors, policy makers, businesses and families around the latest scientific advances. A second mobilization campaign will be launched in September for “Golden September”, with the aim of raising awareness of our cause to an ever wider audience.

Solidarity events to bring together more and more participants

In 2025, our emblematic events will return with even more ambition and generosity.

The second edition of the “Imagine… we win!” solidarity raffle. » will begin on February 4, with numerous prizes to be won while supporting the fight against childhood cancer.

The Rallyes du Cœur, which combine automotive passion and solidarity, will extend to two new regions: and . These festive days will bring together many participants around our cause.

Finally, the Children Without Cancer races will continue to be a highlight of our solidarity mobilization. In 2025, two editions will take place:

These solidarity strides remain a strong symbol of our common commitment to supporting sick children.

Well-being actions to bring comfort and hope

Throughout the year, we will continue to organize workshops in hospitals – visual arts, theater, socio-aesthetics, dance – in order to bring moments of respite and joy to hospitalized children.

We will also extend our “My comforter” program to new establishments and carry out renovations of hospital spaces to improve the daily lives of young patients.

With the support of the Republican Guard and our committed personalities, we will also offer enchanted moments to offer a little magic and smiles to children and their families.

Consolidate our structure to maximize our impact

After obtaining Public Utility recognition in 2024, Imagine for Margo will continue its development by strengthening its partnerships with companies and structuring its team.

Selected in the Antropia ESSEC Scale Up program, our association will conduct an in-depth study on its social impact in 2025, with the support of experts.

Finally, we will launch a new initiative around a virtuous economic model, specially dedicated to pediatric cancers.

United in hope and determination

The year 2025 promises to be decisive for taking new steps in the fight against childhood and adolescent cancer. Together, with the support of our donors, volunteers and partners, we will move forward with unwavering determination to build a future where every child can heal.

The entire Imagine for Margo team wishes you a beautiful and bright new year 2025. Let’s continue to mobilize, raise awareness and support research. Every action counts to save lives.
