Valbiotis announces a partnership with the mutual health insurance company Asetys

Together, the two companies intend to democratize access to natural solutions for maintaining better health. This collaboration will allow members of the Asetys mutual fund to benefit from reimbursements for products from the laboratory Valbiotis.

The food supplement market is growing rapidly: 61% of French people consume this product several times a year, particularly in the context of illnesses, and 81% of them favor natural products. Valbiotis, a laboratory from La Rochelle, specializes in the marketing of natural food supplements. Its flagship product, Totum 63, is intended for patients with diabetes. More specifically for the management of prediabetes and the early stages of type 2 diabetes. The company has just signed a strategic partnership with Asetys, a complementary health provider recognized in the field of natural solutions and prevention. “This partnership will allow us to raise awareness among a wide audience made up of patients but also therapists about the importance of prevention and holistic care. By combining our expertise, we intend to democratize access to natural health products” declares Sébastien Peltier, co-founder of Valbiotis.

As of January 7, 2025, mutual members will benefit from a reimbursement on Valbiotis laboratory products, which will allow them to more easily access well-being and prevention solutions. As part of this partnership, Valbiotis will also support the network of Asetys partner therapists and practitioners and its members through the implementation of thematic educational workshops.

Valbiotis is a French scientific research laboratory, specialized in the development and marketing of food supplements for the prevention and fight against metabolic disorders causing cardiovascular diseases. Created in 2014 in La Rochelle, the company is a member of the BPI Excellence network and benefits from the BPI Entreprise Innovante label. Valbiotis has obtained significant financial support from the European Union for its research programs by obtaining European regional economic development funds.
