The perceived impact of climate change effects on skin and hair health.

Major environmental transformations (increased pollution, prolonged UV exposure, temperature and humidity variations) are redefining consumers’ skin and hair/scalp care needs and routines. Expectations are now turning towards multifunctional, preventive products adapted to diverse climatic contexts.

This study will allow :

  • to understand how consumers perceive the effects of these environmental changes on the health of their skin and hair.
  • to identify changes in beauty routines and expectations for guide the development of suitable products.
  • to access actionable insights to transform these environmental challenges into growth opportunities.

A focus on two key beauty markets:
The United States and China, two dynamic territories showing growing interest in preventative and multifunctional beauty solutions, in response to their diverse environments.

Study details:

  • Sample : 1,000 women per country (US and China), nationally representative.
  • Deliverables : Complete report of the results, accompanied by a personalized oral restitution.
  • Planning : Results available from February, subject to agreement before the end of December.
