New complementary programs to the thermal treatment 2025

As the thermal seasons progress, establishments enrich their thermal treatment offerings by developing new programs complementary to the thermal treatment. The objective is to renew itself, but above all to offer treatment options that better meet the health and well-being needs of spa guests. Overview of new features for 2025.

Thermal centers are developing specific, non-agreed and optional programsintended to enrich thermal treatments. These complementary courses, designed to meet the expectations of spa guests and inspired by advances in thermal medicine, allow personalization andoptimize your care experience. In 2025, many new features will be deployed, both developments in existing programs and new creations. They are backed by an 18-day approved treatment and/or a mini-thermal treatment.

The Bagnères-de-Bigorre thermal baths offer a brand new program called “MénoPAUSE”. In parallel with your approved treatment, you will be able to follow over three weeks, this program focused on nutrition, stress and emotion management, self-esteem and physical activity.

Programs in Brides-les-Bains: “Méno’pause” and “Reflection of silk”

The Brides-les-Bains thermal baths are developing two new specific programs for 2025, an improvement and a creation. The “Méno’pause” program, which until now was available over 9 days, is also available over 5 days. An arrangement that allows adapt to the rhythms of active women. This program, in long or condensed format, offers group workshops, a conference, physical activity sessions, a range of treatments and unlimited access to relaxation activities.

At the same time, a new special beauty program entitled “Silk Reflection” is created in 2025. Over three days, you will be able to benefit from 5 facial and body treatments, a thermal water treatment, access to the aquatic and relaxation areas and finally to nutritional conferences and culinary demonstrations.

Mental health: “Psycho Trauma” at the Saujon thermal baths

Designed to support people who have experienced difficult or traumatic life situations, this “Psycho Trauma” program at the Saujon thermal baths combines soothing thermal treatments with personalized psychological support. The objective is to limit negative reactions linked to the trauma and toprovide lasting physical and emotional relief.

“Health prevention course” in Brides-les-Bains

Ce complete program is available at the Brides-les-Bains thermal baths in a consultation with a dietician, a memory and concentration workshop, a conference on sleep, a cooking workshop and two accesses to the physical activities area.

Enriched programs in : Callou thermal baths and Les Dômes thermal baths

In Vichy, the Callou thermal baths and the Les Dômes thermal baths (VY Resoort Thermal) have integrated additional courses and workshops into the “I relieve my back” and “I maintain my figure” programs. The first will also include a healthy cooking workshop, culinary entertainment and an emotional management meeting. The second will additionally include three health nutrition and educational cooking workshops, a theoretical workshop on nutrition and finally an emotional management meeting.
