A healthcare access service to find a doctor if yours is not available.

With fewer beds in hospitals and caregivers who desertthe hospital crisis is only growing, worsening access to care. One in two calls to the 15th result in simple medical advice

Regulation in general medicine is insured both by regulatory doctors and unscheduled care operators. Their role is notably to find consultations within 48 hours for patients.

A digital platform was created to direct patients towards community medicine. This tool allows the regulator to view the available slots with a healthcare professional and book a consultation for the patient as close as possible to their home. The service is available 24/7.

“Caution: for do not overcrowd the SASonly call 15 if you need urgent care or after having contacted your attending physician and unsuccessfully tried at least one local alternative,” informs the Ministry of Health website.
