Psychology: how to prevent the smartphone from disrupting the intimacy of couples?

In the digital age, if some have found love thanks to their smartphone, others are on the verge of breaking up because of it! Thus, according to a study Poll&Roll dating from 2021, 62% of French people consider that their partner spends too much time on their phone. We also learn that once in bed, one in two couples consult their smartphone, each partner on their own. And when they wake up, one in four French people check their notifications before even saying hello to their partner. To this, let’s add all the small and big betrayals that can be hidden in phones…
