Breton pancakes in Mazamet

Mazamet has the chance to taste Marion Thery’s delicious crepes every Friday lunchtime in front of the V&B, thanks to her food truck. A culinary adventure that draws its roots from his personal history and his Breton origins. “If someone had told me that I would make pancakes,” confides Marion, laughing.

Originally from Finistère, she grew up in the heart of before leaving her region five years ago. “Brittany was too much in my heart, so I had to see the country,” she explains. After working in the environmental sector, she turned to food and agriculture, her true passion.

In 2020, Marion and her partner settled in Brassac, where she worked on farms and trained in food processing. It was there that she looked for a project that would allow her to stay mobile. This is how his food truck was born, specializing in 100% homemade crepes. The idea of ​​mixing Brittany and gave birth to his concept: the ermine, a Breton symbol, appears on his truck to mark this alliance between his two adopted lands. Since its launch on July 5, Marion has continued to delight the taste buds with its pancakes with local ingredients from the farm and the famous organic butter from Vendée. She takes care of cooking with the same attention as for her own family. An unmissable detour at lunchtime!
