On the occasion of Pink October, a month dedicated to raising awareness of female cancers, Roch santé and the Beau Soleil clinic, Aésio Santé establishments, are joining forces with health insurance to offer awareness and screening actions.
Several actions will be carried out within Aésio santé establishments on the occasion of Pink October.
In Montpellier, Roch santé and the Beau Soleil clinic are particularly involved in screening for cervical cancer and breast cancer, in partnership with health insurance.
Slots dedicated to screening
The Roch santé gynecology team will offer slots dedicated to cervical cancer screening. The medical imaging service at the Beau Soleil clinic integrates the device for breast cancer screening with mammography. These operations will be carried out in conjunction with health insurance which will contact insured persons who meet the criteria and who are not up to date with one of the two screenings, or even both.
Prevention and information stands
In addition to these actions, prevention and information stands, free and open to all, will be offered by health insurance within establishments:
- At the Beau Soleil clinic: Thursday October 10 and Thursday October 24, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Reception hall – 178 rue de la Taillade – 34070 Montpellier
- At Roch Santé: Thursday October 10 and Thursday October 24, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Reception hall – 50 rue du Grand Saint Jean – 34000 Montpellier
These mutual establishments, in the continuity of the actions they carry out to provide access to care to the greatest number of people, by providing all of their services without exceeding fees, are involved throughout the year in awareness and screening projects.
