15 million users for My health space

Deployed since January 2022, My health space has already won over more than 15 million French people. According to Health Insurance data, policyholders who have activated their account use it regularly: “Nearly 500,000 people connect to it every week and more than 40% of application users return from one month to the next“. With an even stronger trend among policyholders aged 60 and over, one in four of whom have made their profile operational. Proof that the service finds its audience, more than four million French people have already downloaded the mobile application and given it an average rating of 4.6/5 on the stores.

A digital health record to consult and share your health data

In the space of a few years, My health space has become a “reference service» to access their medical data (imaging reports, results of biological examinations, medication prescriptions, etc.) and share them with healthcare professionals. Over the last twelve months, nearly 270 million documents have been submitted to the platform.

For Health Insurance, the dynamic should intensify thanks to “efforts » of the Ségur digital program which aims to connect all the software used by healthcare professionals. But also with the generalization of the digital order from 2025.
