With the fear, it is very hard I am only 39 years old and I am on sick leave, collective screening does not begin until the age of 50.
Josette* and Bérénice*, mother and daughter, are going through this painful stage together. It’s an atrocious and rare fate, they wanted to share it. “My cancer was detected in 2022. I felt an itch which put me on alert. Operated four times, I am in remission, today I am doing well,” confides the mother. Bérénice shares a common distress: “Following my mother’s cancer, I had a mammogram at 48 years old. The disease was already well advanced.
