Certain dietary factors and blood lipids may affect gastroesophageal reflux disease

The authors found that this was due to the rate of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) – bad cholesterol proteins – favored by cheese.

These results show the importance of dietary factors as well as blood lipids in the prevention of GERD, indicate the authors in a communiqué. Thus, early dietary management and blood lipid control should be carried out to prevent the occurrence of GERD”.

Limiting your consumption of cereals and, above all, cheese could therefore help GERD patients limit symptoms. These are characterized in different ways: burns, acid reflux, hiccups, etc. On a daily basis, they can be very annoying for people who suffer from them.
