“Here’s How I Lost 12 Pounds in 3 Months Without Going to the Gym Once”

To lose weight, it is mainly a question of two things: a balanced diet and the practice of regular physical activity. It is entirely possible to achieve this goal without having to attend a gym. As reported Top HealthStefanie, a 40-year-old British woman, managed to lose 12.7 kilos in three months thanks to a diet and regular physical activity, without ever setting foot in a gym. She opted for the Fast 800 diet developed by the Dr. Michael Mosleya program that is all the rage on social networks.

How to lose weight without going to the gym?

The Fast 800 diet is based on daily consumption of 800 calorieswhich allows rapid weight loss. Stefanie says this program allowed her to review her diet and learn how to cook healthy meals. By also limiting her alcohol intake, she saw significant results. “When I wanted to eat, I asked myself ‘would an apple please you?’ If the answer was ‘no’, it wasn’t hunger!” ,she explains. To counter cravings, she replaced snacking with lemon juice squeezed with ice water, a healthier and hydrating alternative.

A typical day on your plate consists of eating a tomato and spinach omelette for breakfast, followed by spinach and split pea soup for lunch, and steamed vegetables for dinner. For a nighttime snack, she opts for two spoons of Greek yogurt, an apple and a teaspoon of honey. This diet, very strict, it must be admitted, allowed him to last over time, while satisfying his nutritional needs without giving in to excess.

A dangerous diet?

Alongside her diet, Stefanie explains that she focused on swimming to work out. She started swimming three times a week for 45 minutes, 1.6 kilometers per session. In the first month, she had already lost 3 kilos. After three months, his total was 12.7 pounds lost. Be careful, the method followed by Stéfanie is not necessarily an example to follow given that it is intended to be drastic and quite restrictive and can give rise to numerous frustrations. It is always recommended to consult a health professional who will be able to support you and offer you a suitable program to avoid deficiencies or the undesirable effects of an overly restrictive diet.
