This appointment is the culmination of a long and rigorous professional journey within the Montreal Heart Institute, marked by years of commitment, expertise and significant contribution to research and care.

Who is Nesrine Ragguem appointed CEO of the Montreal Heart Institute?

The appointment of Nesrine Ragguem at the head of the Montreal Heart Institute constitutes a new lease of life for the establishment. His strategic vision and leadership will strengthen the establishment's excellence in cardiovascular care.

Before being officially appointed to this position, Nesrine Ragguem served as interim director of the Montreal Heart Institute since June 2024, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the issues and challenges specific to this establishment.

Drawing on her previous experience in multidisciplinary services, she has actively contributed to the continuous improvement of clinical and organizational practices.

Holder of a bachelor's degree in nutrition in 2005, then a master's degree in health administration at the University of Montreal, since 2013, Nesrine Ragguem also studied medicine, between 1996 and 2002, at the University of Montreal. 'Algiers.
