Cendrine Blazy took up her duties as departmental director of ARS Occitanie in Tarn on December 2, succeeding Abderrahim Hammou-Kaddour.
Since December 2, Cendrine Blazy has officially held her position at the Departmental Directorate of the Occitanie Regional Health Agency (ARS) in Tarn. She succeeds Abderrahim Hammou-Kaddour and brings with her nearly 20 years of experience in the field of public health, acquired at the Ministry of Health and within ARS Occitanie, where she has worked since 2018.
Expertise in the field of health
Graduated with a Master 2 in general civil law from Toulouse Capitole University and the Bastia Regional Institute of Administration, Cendrine Blazy worked for 14 years at the Ministry of Health in Paris. She carried out strategic missions there: participation in European negotiations on the fight against falsified medicines at the Council of the European Union, management of the development of health insurance expenditure objectives for the medico-social sector on behalf of the General Directorate of Social Cohesion, legal and financial monitoring of national medical conventions, then contribution to the development of the reform of universal health protection. She participated in eight Social Security financing bills (PLFSS).
In 2018, she joined ARS Occitanie as head of policy in favor of the elderly, within the medico-social center of the Directorate of care provision and autonomy, where she contributes “the orientations of the Regional Health Project to address the priorities of taking care of aging in Occitanie”.
Links with the Tarn
Originally from Toulouse, but having completed part of her schooling in Labruguière and Mazamet, Cendrine Blazy maintains a strong link with Tarn. She joins “with great enthusiasm the ARS teams of the department. »
She will carry out her duties as Departmental Director in Tarn in close collaboration with Didier Jaffre, Director General of ARS Occitanie, and with the various departments of the Agency.
