There were no major flu trips to the emergency room. Only 3 passages were recorded and no hospitalizations. 19 visits from SOS doctors were also registered for cases of flu in Martinique.
The other pathology that has gained ground is bronchiolitis. It is also increasing with 145 more cases. Last week (November 18 to 24), the authority recorded 95 cases. 27 young patients were treated in the emergency room. 9 of them required hospitalization, these were infants and children aged 2 to 6 years. Overall, it should be noted that the positivity rate of hospital samples is high at 66%.
As for the case of covid, because the disease is still very present in the territory, the cases are very little represented and their curves remain decreasing.
