Choose your lipids wisely… Lipids thus prove to be valuable allies for our well-being, provided that you choose them carefully because not all are equal. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid or, in any case, consume in great moderation, foods rich in saturated fats such as cold meats, pastries and other chocolate bars.

Long live omega-3. To find good fat, focus on foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as fatty fish (mackerel, sardines, trout, herring, salmon, etc.), nuts, avocados and oils such as olives, nuts. , rapeseed or flax, to enhance your salads. The same goes for omega-6, known for its cholesterol-lowering effect. They are mainly found in vegetable edible oils (sunflower, corn, grape seeds).
