Marseille helping Alzheimer’s city
On the occasion of World Alzheimer’s Day on September 23, 2024, the City of Marseille is committed to providing even more support to people affected and their caregivers by signing the charter “Marseille, Alzheimer’s city helping and welcoming neuro-progressive diseases”, in the presence of Anne-Marie Catanzaro, the president of France Alzheimer 13, and representatives of the AP-HM and Aix-Marseille University. This charter makes it possible to encourage the implementation of participatory projects, to work collectively to raise awareness and training around these diseases and finally to help fight against the isolation of sick people and their loved ones.
Once again, the Municipality confirms its action against this disease, already reinforced by its Alzheimer Plan.
