A free conference on advances in cancer research took place Tuesday evening in the Chécy village hall.

As part of the Pink October operation, it was led by Anthony Delalande, teacher-researcher at the University of Orléans and vice-president of the committee of the League Against Cancer.

Nearly thirty people were present! The scientific popularization of this theme was obviously very popular: the rather surprising anteriority of the disease, which would have survived centuries; how it works; discoveries with new therapies; vaccination by messenger RNA…

The discussions were numerous, passionate and fascinating. The speaker also described “the Cacian audience is excellent because they are very interested”
