Astronomy for Day and Night
The Spes association (protection of heritage and environment of Soubès) is participating in the 16th edition of the Day of the Night, of national dimension, initiated by the French hiking federation (FFRP), the Saturday October 12 at Chemin des Capitelles. On the program: from 6 p.m., observation of the sun and introduction to astronomy by Christian L’Habitant, amateur astronomer. At 7:30 p.m., night walk to discover wildlife, observation of the sky through a telescope and awareness of the protection of starry nights. Free. Contact: 06 19 65 13 37.
Solidarity thrift store
The solidarity thrift store created by the town hall in partnership with the Culture Plaisir et vie association will open the Saturdays October 5 and 19 and the Saturdays November 2, 16 and 30 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. as well as Saturdays December 14 and 28 in the municipal premises on rue du Suberbet (under the town hall) as well as during the Christmas market December 7 and 8. All items are €2 except coats at €5. The profits will finance activities for the benefit of residents of the La Rouvière nursing home. Contact: 04 67 44 33 03.
Christmas market
The town hall is organizing its Christmas market on the weekend of Saturday December 7 and Sunday December 8 on the Terral. People or artisans and traders interested in a stand are invited to register now. Contact: 04 67 44 05 79
