It is with pleasure that the National Institute of Public Health of Quebec announces the renewal of the mandate of Mr. Pierre-Gerlier Forest as president and CEO and member of its board of directors. A new two-year mandate was entrusted to him by the Quebec Council of Ministers.

In a note sent to the organization, the chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Denis Marion, congratulated Mr. Forest and renewed the support and confidence of his colleagues on the board.

Other appointments and renewals

The Council of Ministers also appointed Mr. Paul Beaudry as administrator of the organization’s board of directors. Mr. Beaudry is Vice-President, Regulatory and Government Affairs at Cogeco. In this capacity, he is responsible for the organization’s public policies and represents Cogeco and its subsidiaries in broadcasting and telecommunications matters before the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission.

Furthermore, the mandate of Ms. Nathalie Boisvert, Mr. Éric Goyer and Mr. Lonzozou Kpanake was renewed for a period of four years. Mr Kpanake was also qualified as an independent member.

The Institute congratulates all these people and wishes them success in carrying out their duties.
