Mid-tournament Paul Barjon and Jérémy Gandon preserve their chance of doing well in the Final Stage of access cards to the PGA Tour and the Korn Ferry Tour and thus winning playing rights for 2025.

After the Sawgrass Country Clubit's on the Dye’s Valley Course what Paul Barjon et Jeremy Gandon were engaged on Friday.

The two Tricolores in search of a playing right on the great American circuit have managed to get closer in the ranking with almost identical cards. Par (70) for the player trained in New Caledonia, and +1 (71) for the Drômois.

3 wind clubs!

They took advantage of the decline of many players whose hopes were swept away by the strong winds blowing in Florida since Thursday evening.

There were at times between 2 and 4 wind clubs and some had much more difficulty than others in managing this parameter.

Like the Englishman Callum Tarren author of the best score Thursday at Sawgrass Country Club (67) and who played 10 more shots during the 2nd round at Dye's Valley Course (77). Third Thursday evening, he is now in 52nd place.

In total there are only 8 to have managed to drop below 70 on Friday and with his score in the par Barjon climbs to 9th place! Good operation also for Jérémy Gandon who enters the first third of the ranking with his solid 71.

Remember that the top 5 and tied will play in 2025 on the PGA Tour.

The next 40 and ties win a category on the Korn Ferry Tour.
