From Brasserie Beaulieu to du d’Arlon

The d'Arlon Course is one of the region's major sports and leisure infrastructures. Launched by Roby Schintgen, it is now complemented by a brand new 4-star hotel-spa with 64 rooms. Backed by this privileged facility, Brasserie G (“G” for “golf”) welcomes golfers, hotel residents and the outside public.

“Three months ago, I was introduced to Roby Schintgen by one of my clients,” explains Cyrille Schneider, owner of Brasserie Beaulieu in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie. “We talked for a while and came to an agreement that I would take care of the catering part of his estate.”

With his son Hugo, he now manages Brasserie G, as well as the hotel's breakfasts, the discovery menus sold in hotel packages and the events part linked to golf, such as catering on the occasion of opens or gala evenings.

“Our desire is to have a simple and generous approach, for cuisine made with good products and a team that works in the dining room as well as in the kitchen in a good mood,” assures Cyrille Schneider. With a team of 12 people already in place, Brasserie G and its new menu are already operational. On the menu: typically Belgian dishes, such as gray shrimp croquettes, Liège boulets, homemade fries with beef fat and traditional brasserie dishes, including snails, marrow bone, lamb shank or beef tartare. Added to this are suggestions based on the market. “From January, we will also launch a brunch formula every Sunday, between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.,” assures Cyrille Schneider, who has no time to get bored since he has also taken over shares in the establishment Joslet last March, historic fried food present at Schueberfouer and in a food truck.
