Moderna: contract on the COVIVS vaccine with 15 EU countries – 01/24/2025 at 12:45

(CercleFinance.com) – The preparation and reaction authority in the event of a health emergency (HERA) of the European Commission announces the signing of a market -joint market contract with Moderna, on behalf of 17 participating countries , including 15 EU member states.

This contract allows the order of up to 146 million doses of the mRNA vaccine against the COVID-19, with a maximum duration of four years and without minimum obligation to purchase.

It aims to guarantee the security of supply and improve preparation in the face of health crises, especially in an emergency, thanks to facilitated transport and storage conditions.
