Behind the first Frenchman in the ranking, his compatriots were more struggling overall, like Benjamin Hébert. The Briviste was the author of a card of 76 (+4) despite good sensations on the route, a score which pushed him back to last place – without consequences for him since he is already guaranteed to climb on the most top European division. In front of him, Pierre Pineau also blew hot and cold with a card of 72 (par) which currently ranks him 34th while leaving him in the top 20 of the Road to Mallorca. For their part, Félix Pests et Alexander Levy find themselves tied for 29th place (at -2 total) after having signed respective scores of 71 (-1) and 70 (-2).
Finally, the last Blue entered this week in Mallorca, Robin Sciot-Siegrist is the one who made the best profit on Friday. After a strong start punctuated by four birdies from 13 to 17 (he started from 10), the Ile-de-France resident gleaned one more stroke on his last nine exercises to slam a solid 67 (-5), useful to move up to 13th place in the tournament. Despite this great performance, he still remains in virtual 30th place in the order of merit but gives himself a good opportunity to try to enter the top 20.
