Former Polish international with 100 caps to his name Grzegorz Krychowiak was trained at the Girondins de Bordeaux.
He has been free since this summer and a second experience in Saudi Arabia for a year. Previously, he played in Russia at Krasnodar, Al-Shabab or AEK Athens after leaving PSG. He played 33 games last season as number 6 in front of the defense. He even scored 9 goals with games in the number 9 position!
According to L’Équipe, Bordeaux offered him a contract extending over several seasons with a reconversion clause. This last point may give cause for reflection as the future of the Girondins is uncertain with a judicial recovery procedure in progress.
The player is still active in professional football since his transfer fee is estimated at €4M on transfermarkt.
So, he has not given his agreement and wants to think about it and not commit to the Girondins for the moment.
It is difficult today to imagine a return of Grzegorz Krychowiak to Bordeaux in the amateur world. It would be exceptional if he agreed to sign under these conditions.
