It has been four and a half months since Samson Selle’s family last heard from him. Samson Selle, a 34-year-old father, has been missing since the night of April 15-16. Around 12:30 a.m., he was seen on CCTV cameras at around the Maison de la Mer and the port of Cavalaire-sur-Mer (Var), after crossing the town centre on foot.

Since that night, the investigation is still open, but is at a standstill. Contacted, the gendarmerie indicates that there is “no progress in the investigation“.

No one has heard from him since the day he disappeared, no bank movements or telephone calls.

When Samson Selle disappears, his 10-year-old son is alone at home. The latter will raise the alarm after four days without news from his father. Today, the child “was entrusted, by court order, to a member of the family, in another department (Ardèche)“, specifies the Var department.

The appeal for witnesses launched by the La Croix-Valmer gendarmerie in April is still online. At the time of his disappearance, Samson Selle was dressed “black pants and a black jacket with white writing on the chest“. The father of the family, of European type, is 1.70 meters tall, weighs 95 kg and has dark brown hair.
