Recent signing of Valencia CF

Valencia CF have reached an agreement with Sevilla FC for the signing of forward Rafa Mir to the club after several previous negotiations failed.

The attacker, trained at the VCF Academy from cadet level until the 2016-17 season, arrived this July 2024 on loan until the end of the season and Valencia CF has a purchase option valued at five million euros.

Rafa Mir was under the orders of Rubén Baraja in the VCF Juvenil A in the 2014-15 season, in which he scored 21 goals, and during his time as a Valencia player he played a total of 8 official matches with the first team.

After his time at Wolverhampton FC, UD Las Palmas, Nottingham Forest FC, SD Huesca and Sevilla FC, the striker has returned to Mestalla to reinforce the attacking front.
