ZEvent is back! After a last edition in 2022, streamer ZeratoR, co-creator of the most popular charity marathon on Twitch, had announced a break before returning under a new format.
It only took a year without this unmissable event on the live streaming platform to see the eighth edition announced. The program, the participants and the associations supported this year: here is everything you need to know about ZEvent 2024.
What are the dates of ZEvent 2024?
This Thursday, September 5, the first event linked to ZEvent will be launched: the now traditional concert, a new feature added in 2021 and repeated for three editions.
This year, it will take place at the Zénith de Montpellier, starting at 8 p.m., and will be broadcast live on the event’s Twitch channel. The headliners for the evening will be Caravan Palace, Deluxe Mosimann, PV Nova and LittleBigWhale.

The charity marathon lasts three days and begins on Friday, September 6, with participants’ streams opening at 6 p.m. It continues on Saturday, September 7, and concludes late on Sunday, September 8.
What is the new formula?
For the 2024 edition, the organizers have chosen to reduce the number of participants on site to around thirty streamers compared to 60 in 2022. On the other hand, to allow as many streamers as possible to contribute to the charity marathon, 100 streamers will participate in the ZEvent remotely.

Who are the remote participating streamers?
To be able to participate remotely, there was one criterion: it was the 100 streamers who accumulated the most hours viewed over the last 365 days.

What is the record for donations at a ZEvent?
Since 2016 and the “Avengers Project”, the very first edition of the charity marathon, donation records have continued to be broken from one year to the next. It was in 2022 that the record was set with €10,182,126 collected for four associations: The SeaCleaners, Sea Shepherd, WWF and the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO).
Which associations will be supported by ZEvent 2024?
This year, five associations will benefit from ZEvent donations: Bureaux du Cœur (help for homeless people), Solidarité Paysans, Secours Populaire, Chapitre 2 (help for young people in vulnerable situations) and Cop 1 (student solidarity).
