This Tuesday, the American manufacturer unveiled its new ultra-endurance watch, intended for people wanting the greatest possible battery life, replacing the Garmin Enduro 2.

More accurate heart rate measurements

Concretely, the Garmin watch largely takes over the strengths of the Enduro 2, but also equips itself with some new features from the Garmin Fenix 8 Solar. We will thus find a unique 51 mm format with a 1.4-inch transflective MIP screen (280 x 280 pixels) compatible with solar charging.

The watch also features the Garmin Elevate Gen 5 sensor, a new feature compared to the Elevate Gen 4 sensor of the Enduro 2. It also benefits from an LED flashlight, sapphire crystal for screen protection and titanium on the bezel around the display.

Up to three months of battery life

Logically, the Garmin Enduro 3 is compatible with the main Garmin measurements and scores, including Stamina, endurance, climb or training status scores. The watch also allows you to measure your heart rate, SpO2, altitude and distance traveled thanks to a dual-frequency GPS. Mapping is also available on the watch.

On paper, the Enduro 3 therefore takes up the main characteristics of the Fenix 8 Solar. However, it is distinguished above all by the absence of a microphone and speaker for calls or voice commands. It is also not designed for diving and does not offer dedicated modes, despite a 10 ATM waterproof rating.

The big strong point of the Garmin Enduro 3, however, lies in its autonomy announced at 36 days basic and up to 90 days with solar charging. When out with GPS, you will have to count on 120 hours of autonomy, and 320 hours with solar charging.

Garmin Enduro 3 Price and Availability

The Garmin Enduro 3 is now available. It is offered in France at a price of 899.99 euros.
