Valérie Trierweiler: what subject does the journalist address in her new book?

The new book “It’s for a friend.” is presented as a sort of instruction manual in which Valérie Trierweiler and Constance Vergara address the challenges many women face as they enter middle age. “It’s a decade where many couples break up, where bodies change, where children leave the family nest, where the world of work becomes harsherwe can read in the presentation of the work made by the publisher. It is also, for women, a period of liberation from all injunctions, the opportunity to discover and assert themselves, to build different relationships.”
