According to an initial report from the firefighters, no injuries were reported. Eight house roofs were affected. Two hangars were flattened by the force of the wind. “It’s an isolated corridor which touched rue des Cornes-Lambert,” reports a witness. Four vehicles were affected. There is no need for rehousing.

“This will be the fourth declaration of natural disaster after the rains of June, August 14, then last Tuesday with 80 millimeters of precipitation, and finally this gust of wind,” sighs the mayor.

The firefighters have set up a command post on rue des Fontaines. They will secure the houses.
