Football Manager 25 is delayed

Despite only being announced a week ago, Sega and Developer Sports Interactive have announced Football Manager 25 is delayed.

Originally planned to release on November 26th, the game is now targeting a March 2025 release date – and that’s including its previously announced Game Pass inclusion too.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), they said:

After careful consideration, Sports Interactive have made the tough decision to further delay the release of Football Manager 25. Following discussion with EGA, our licensors and partners, we have agreed the best course of action is to delay the launch until March 2025. Specific platform release dates will follow once confirmed.

We are intensely aware that this will be massively disappointing for you. We share that disappointment and extremely sorry.

As previously mentioned, Football Manager 25 was meant to be launching on November 26th on Xbox Series Consoles and Xbox Game Pass, and PS5.

Now that it’s delayed until March 2025 and there’s a lengthy pre-launch roadmap from the developers to show what’s coming to the game ahead of its arrival – but we expect that to change a little bit now.
