Under the theme “In Megève, the 5 senses are awakened“Toquicimes invites young and old to discover the richness of mountain cuisine through varied activities: chef demonstrations, free workshops for adults and children, 6 culinary competitions like the famous “Competition for the Best Mountain Pâté-Croute” or the selection française for the Mondial de Fondue 2025. A word of advice: remember to take a fork or spoon in your bag, because one tasting can hide another in Toquicimes! Beautiful moments of sharing in perspective in the company of, for example, Yann Couvreur whowill reveal the secrets of his “Megève” Christmas log during a masterclass led by Mercotte.
130 chefs, pastry chefs and taste makers
The festival also honors big names in Alpine cuisine such as chef Yannick Allénosponsor of this edition, as well as Emmanuel Renaut et Marc Veyrattrue ambassadors of the Savoyard region. Visitors will be able to taste the best of local products, cheese with Mont-Blanc snailsthrough Savoyard dishes reinvented by the new generation of talented chefs.
