In the Alpes-Maritimes

: Science and Innovation Village

On October 12 and 13, at the Palais des Congrès d’Antibes Juan-les-Pins, the Science and Innovation Village offers interactive workshops, demonstrations, escape games and many other surprises. This unmissable event is aimed at curious people of all ages, ready to discover the latest scientific and technological advances.

: Cinema and Science

This is the city’s first participation in the Science Festival! Many events will be organized at the George Méliès Campus, including the screening of the film “Oceans, the plastic mystery” on October 10. After the session, a discussion will be led by researchers to understand the challenges of modern oceanography.

Interest the little ones in the scientific world to perhaps create future vocations…

Mouans-Sartoux: Do Science!

From October 9 to 13, the town of Mouans-Sartoux invites the public to discover science in all its forms. On the program: a geological walk, projections, scientific workshops and even an escape game for challenge lovers. A great opportunity to combine pleasure and scientific discovery.

: Festival des Sciences

On October 14 and 15, on the Colline du Château, Nice will host sports and scientific workshops to raise public awareness of science through sport. Come test your physical condition, participate in interactive games or attend conferences on sports science.

Villefranche-sur-Mer: Sciences-sur-Mer

From October 7 to 13, the Citadel of Villefranche-sur-Mer is transformed into a village dedicated to ocean science. : Science Festival in Dracénie

From October 4 to 13, the Dracénie Science Festival offers families a weekend rich in scientific discoveries. Underwater drone demonstrations and workshops on marine biodiversity will be at the heart of the activities. A unique opportunity to understand the challenges of preserving the oceans.

The Arches : fossils of marine fauna

On October 12, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., the Gulliver association opens its doors on the Sainte-Cécile site to allow families to experience the biodiversity of the past… Because, in addition to dinosaurs, many other species, such as ammonites , were part of the marine fauna.
