This morning
North of the Seinerain and wind are current. On the Opal Coast and near Belgium, gusts reach 100 km/h. In the northwest, the sky is very cloudy to overcast with some scattered light rain. Towards the south, there are also numerous clouds, accompanied by rare showers. From the Pyrenees south of the Alps to the Mediterranean, the feeling is more pleasant and the sky brighter.

This afternoon
Clouds dominate 2/3 of the country. These clouds are accompanied by a few showers north of the Loire, and rain towards the Belgian border. The wind remains sensitive and blows at 60 km/h in gusts, up to 90 km/h along the Channel. Over a southern third, the sky is brighter despite a thick, high cloud cover.
Despite the clouds, it is milder than Sunday due to the southwest wind bringing air of oceanic origin. It is 16 to 24°C from north to south.
Soirée
A new depression arrives via Vendée at the end of the evening. It causes rain during the night from Monday to Tuesday. Rain also affects Nord-Pas-de-Calais. Everywhere else the weather is drier, but very cloudy. It’s relatively mild.

Things to remember over the next few days
The weather conditions will continue to deteriorate with the plunge of the depression arriving during the night from Monday to Tuesday towards the Mediterranean on Wednesday. A significant rainy sequence is expected in central France, which could cause flooding risks. The wind will blow strong at times.
