The Pro D2 evening began with a suspenseful encounter, in which Montauban overturned Biarritz, five minutes after the siren (29-26). Leading by 13 points at half-time after three tries scored (19-6), the Montaubanais were dominated in the second half, conceding two tries from Brendan Lebrun (56′) and Yohan Tapie (75′, 22-26). But in a crazy end to the match, where Montauban pushed Biarrots in the last few metres, pillar Thomas Bué offered victory in the 85th minute (29-26).
