During the summer, some schools in Dieppe got a makeover

This year again, the City of Dieppe (Seine-Maritime) took advantage of the summer period, synonymous with schoolyards emptied of their students, to carry out work in certain educational establishments. Others are completed or to come. A whole overview.

Paul-Bert Kindergarten

In the schoolyard, the play structure will be replaced by an inclusive structure. With an estimated cost of €30,000, financed by the State and the City, the work should begin on the 4the half of the year, i.e. around the 1stis october.

Louis-de-Broglie Elementary School

The City financed the repair of the building’s crawl space networks. The program included removing asbestos from the pipes. The total cost of the operations came to €8,408.

Louis-de-Broglie Kindergarten

As with the Paul-Bert school, the replacement of the play area with an inclusive structure will take place on the 4the quarter of the year. The cost of the work should amount to €25,000, an amount covered by the City.

Sonia-Delaunay nursery school

Several companies carried out work in the school during the summer school holidays. They repaired the toilets and installed new floor coverings in the corridor and classrooms for a total cost of €131,069. The operation was covered by the State to the tune of €69,008. The City of Dieppe will finance the remaining part. Valentin-Feldman School

The City has financed work carried out in the school during the month of July. The toilets on the 1is floor were renovated for a sum of €7,320.

Paul-Langevin Elementary School

The dance hall of the establishment has undergone modifications. Following water damage, the parquet floor of the hall had to be replaced during the month of January. The bill amounting to €5,749 was settled by the City.

Paul-Langevin Kindergarten

The replacement of the play structure with an inclusive structure has been approved. It will take place on the 4the half of the year for an estimated amount of €35,000. The State was asked to pay part of the transaction.

Jeanne-Magny Kindergarten

During the summer, the school’s roof was subject to renovation. The work cost €117,505. The State subsidized the largest part. The rest was paid by the City.

Jacques-Prévert Elementary School

The classrooms in the school complex have been equipped with video projectors. A covered playground should be built after work is scheduled to begin during the All Saints’ Day holidays. The State and the City will pay a check for €173,945.

Prévert/Triolet school group

Following the merger of the school groups, the restaurant office was modified. The work was carried out over the months of July and August. Other tasks still need to be carried out. New radiators will be installed during the All Saints’ Day holidays.

Elsa-Triolet Kindergarten

In response to the needs of teachers, staff and schoolchildren, a shelter to house eight bicycles was installed during the month of July. The City of Dieppe covered €2,901. The Alvéole Plus program paid the remaining €1,934 for a total sum of €4,835. Elsa-Triolet Kindergarten

The school hall has been repainted and fitted with new flooring. The cost of the operation amounts to €27,283, which will be shared between the State, up to 80%, and the City. The work was carried out during the months of July and August.
