On September 5, it will open its doors for a new “Job Café” which will allow the job seekers to apply, without a CV, for positions such ashousehold expertsnannies or even care workers.

O2 thus promotes authentic meetings around a coffee, with or without CV and cover letter or stressful formalities. The Job Café allows candidates to meet the O2 team close to home in a setting convivial. O2 also relies on his employees to present their profession and their daily life, thus providing a true testimony of their professional experience.

Appointment without CV

Today, the average duration of a recruitment process is approximately 32 days according to Meteojobwhich is double what is desired by candidates.
