Soon the end of the exceptional rate for the metro ticket in Paris. From Monday, September 9, 2024, the price of a ticket sold individually will return to €2.15 compared to €4 throughout the Olympic and Paralympic Games, indicates the RATP website. The book of ten tickets goes from €32 to €17.35.

The Orlybus and Roissybus, which cost €16 during the Games, will cost €10.30 and €14.50 respectively. In addition, the Navigo Semaine, Jour and Visite passes are once again available.

Reopening of the Champs-Elysées – Clémenceau station

The increase in the price of the metro ticket was decided by Valérie Pécresse, president of the Île-de-France transport union IDFM, to cope with the increase in the transport offer during the period. She had also advised the people of Île-de-France to turn to the Navigo Liberté + formula or to buy tickets in advance and thus avoid queues at the ticket offices.

In addition, the Champs-Élysées – Clemenceau station will also reopen its doors on September 9. However, we will have to wait until December 22 for line 12 to serve the Concorde station again.
