Is Louis planning something bad?

Zoé asks her mother how long Louis will keep his electronic bracelet on his leg. Ariane replies that she does not know and that it is the judge who makes this decision. Then, she asks her daughter if she has seen him again and the latter replies yes.

Zoé informs her mother that Louis works at the Massalia residence. Ariane is worried about her and explains: “We can’t see you together, there’s still your DNA on the scarf which is sealed.” Zoé replies that Louis is like her father and that she does not agree to draw a line under him. Will Ariane give in?

For her part, Mirta comes across Louis rummaging in the residence’s concierge room. The ex-prisoner explains to him that the wall is damp and that there could be a leak. Mirta lets him do his job, although she doesn’t seem to have him in her heart.

At the end of the day, Zoé voluntarily meets Louis in the street. She asks him why he is serving his sentence instead of escaping, and she deduces: “You stay here, you don’t want to see me anymore. You’re planning a new heist, aren’t you?” Louis doesn’t answer…

Vanessa tries to buy Aya

Vanessa (Agathe de la Boulaye) and Ophélie spend an afternoon shopping together. After having robbed all the shops in Marseille, they sit down at a table. Ophélie confides to her mother that Aya is gifted in cooking and that she would have her place in the brigade of great starred chefs.

Vanessa says to her daughter: “It’s sad, she deserves better.” A few hours later, Vanessa goes to meet Aya and makes her a golden proposition: “I am offering you a trial as a private chef during a business meal that I am organizing. You will have carte blanche.”

Aya replies that she is in the Mistral. Vanessa apologizes for bothering her and wishes her the best for the future. As she leaves, Aya stops her and asks her: “Can I think about it?” Vanessa replies: “Of course, but don’t wait too long, I’m waiting for your response.”

At the Mistral, Kilian asks Aya if she still wants to work here, because she hasn’t given him back his employment contract. Aya replies that yes, but that she would like to work part time: “I want to continue training, do internships, discover new places…”

Kilian immediately asks Barbara (Léa François) and the chef replies: “There are two of us in the juice, so I would have to find another apprentice. I have to think about it”. But Aya replies that it was a mistake to ask that.

Lucie in danger of death

At the hospital, Jean-Paul is at the bedside of his daughter, Lucie, in a coma. Léa joins him and informs him that, just like Patrick, Lucie was the victim of food poisoning. Jean-Paul is upset, especially since Léa confides to him that Lucie’s state of health is worrying.

For his part, Patrick doesn’t remember anything and says to his wife: “I have no memory of that evening.” Babeth questions her husband to try to find out more, but Patrick faces total amnesia. He feels guilty for not having been able to protect Lucie.

Back at the office, Léa shares her concerns with her colleague, Gabriel. She said to him: “It’s the same clinical picture as Jules.” Like the young man, Lucie and Patrick also have dilated pupils and are dehydrated.

Suddenly, Léa receives the results of Lucie and Patrick’s blood tests. There are high traces of Scopolamine and Hyoscyamine. They now know where to look.

Léa and Babeth dig deep to find out what food could have caused Lucie and Patrick’s poisoning. For his part, Gabriel does the same thing with Jules. He discovers that the young man consumes a lot of industrial products. Could this be related?

Back at the hospital, Léa informs Jean-Paul that Lucie and Patrick ate the same food as Jules: “We know what neurotoxicant we’re looking for, and that’s a pretty good sign!” Suddenly, the girl’s pulse accelerates. Lucie is having a cardiac arrest.
