Saturday September 28 and Sunday September 29, 2024will be held on marathon (Morbihan). Certain axes will be closed and the modified circulation in the center of Vannes and its surroundings.

Closed access and modified circulation

Of the Saturday September 28, 2024it will be prohibited from driving near the Gwened Nocturne route.

  • Rue Caradec and Rue Gahinet will be closed from 6:45 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • Rue Gilard will be closed from 7:30 p.m., closing access to the parking lot in front of the Chorus.

The closure and reopening of access will take place little by little and depending on the passage of runners. All roads giving access to the marathon course will be two-way. For customers of businesses on rue Gahinet, access will be maintained via Allée Caradec between 7:30 p.m. and 7:42 p.m.

Sunday September 29, 2024the circulation and the parking around the Vannes Marathon route will be prohibited.

  • The car parks and shops (Kasino, Hôtel Mercure, Awen Pub) will be accessible to traffic and parking via the Racker roundabout and rue Gilard
  • Winston-Churchill Street: Traffic on Winston-Churchill Street between the Avel Dro roundabout and the Racker roundabout will be prohibited from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • A diversion will be put in place for vehicles coming from Boulevard de la Résistance. Dressay will be closed from 7:30 a.m.
