Haas changes everything in 2025. At least its drivers. Exit Kevin Magnussen and Nico Hulkenberg, the American team is banking on Esteban Ocon and Oliver Bearman for 2025 and 2026. In fact, let's look at the salary that the young Briton will receive in 2025.
If Oliver Bearman is going to compete in his first full season in Formula 1, we cannot really consider him a rookie. The young British driver from the Ferrari academy has already competed in three Grand Prix in his young career. Two for Haas (Azerbaijan and Brazil) and one for Scuderia Ferrari (Saudi Arabia). Better than making up the numbers, Bearman entered the points twice. He finished 7th in Saudi Arabia when he replaced Carlos Sainz at short notice due to appendicitis and finished 10th in Azerbaijan. It is therefore logical that Haas offered him a seat for 2025 and 2026.
What is his salary for 2025?
At Haas, Oliver Bearman will team up with Esteban Ocon. The Frenchman, defector from Alpine F1, will receive double the amount of his young teammate. Or €6M, without bonuses. Rather logical insofar as Ocon has a lot of experience in F1, several podiums to his credit and even a victory in 2021 at the Hungarian Grand Prix. Like his teammate, Ocon should have a car capable of regularly competing in the Top 10.
