Retired since 2017 and the sale of the rights to the discipline to Liberty Media, Bernie Ecclestone announced on December 1 that he wanted to part with his fabulous Formula 1 collection. 69 copies, jealously kept out of sight for 50 years for some models. A sale for more than €300M?
This Bernie Ecclestone collection includes 69 Formula 1 cars. The sale estimate is colossal. We are talking about 370 million euros. It must be said that these are cars that have a whole special history and that these are cars that no one has seen for years. The seller to whom this collection was entrusted, Tom Hartley, hopes that some of these Formula 1 cars will be restored so that they can be driven on a circuit again.
