Author of a good shakedown this morning, Adrien Fourmaux ends this first day with a scratch in this super-special. Behind him, Ott Tänak, Elfyn Evans and Takamoto Katsuta are under second.
Winner in this special last year, Thierry Neuville starts timidly with the fifth time, just like Sébastien Ogier, author of the same time as the Belgian.
In WRC2, Nikolay Gryazin largely imposed his C3 Rally2 ahead of the Pajari/Greensmith duo.

We're counting down the stages, that's for sure. The big ones are coming, the goals are clear for the week as a team. It's good to see everyone motivated and quite relaxed. Everyone will do their best for the team but also for the drivers' title. Once the rally starts, it's probably even easier to deal with stress. It will be a tough weekend for us but we have to stay focused and get the job done. |
