NARRATIVE โ€“ The new climate summit opens in mid-November in Baku. Driven from his country like 100,000 of his compatriots, the former Prime Minister of Nagorno-Karabakh Artak Beglaryan is launching an appeal to put pressure on President Aliyev's regime.

Their hope: that an investigation will be opened into the crimes committed by Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh. โ€œ It's genocide. It is only politicians who refuse to use this word. This calendar owes nothing to chance: on November 11, COP29, a major international conference on the climate, opens in Baku. And this, while at least 23 Armenian prisoners of war are still officially detained in prison by the regime of President Aliyev. โ€œ In reality, many elements lead us to believe that the number of prisoners is closer to 100.
